We stand behind every Cat TV bird feeder with a full 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of your delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price — no questions asked.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at admin@arianacare.org with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions within 2 business days.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items should be in their original or reasonable condition.
• We cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at admin@arianacare.org within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Items showing significant wear beyond reasonable inspection are not eligible for return, except where a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
