We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide — no minimum order value required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to activate.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the package cannot be located, contact us at admin@arianacare.org within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@arianacare.org within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
